JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-53(C), 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act. Thirty litres toddy is said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 05-06-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Case No. "C" 132 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur.
