The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted Mangru Singh who sustained head injury and fainted.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
