Petitioner is accused in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 144 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 f the I.P.C. The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by hanging in the night of 30/31.12.2015 due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and in-laws'. Submission is that petitioner is husband of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and due to their wedlock, two children aged about 3 years and 4 years were born. In fact, for his livelihood, the petitioner had taken loan from the Bank for purchasing Cow and to improve the economic condition of his family. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.02.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 144 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
