Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No.503 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that 10 liters of country made liquor is said to be recovered from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017.
