The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant is not an eyewitness of the occurrence. Only suspicion is there against the petitioner due to land dispute between the parties.

Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, who has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57195 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.82 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
