2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 130 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 307, 504, 506 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the second attempt of prayer of bail by the petitioner as such, earlier his prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 27.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32712 of 2021.

4. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of incessantly firing upon the father of the informant leading to his death. It is further alleged that the accused persons have also assaulted the family members of the informant, due to

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report, which has been kept at Flag 'B', it is apparent that four witnesses have been examined, the case is fixed for prosecution evidence and the trial Court is in progress for producing the witnesses.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within six months failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
