The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 22.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54742 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 29.05.2015, he has got no criminal antecedent and other female co-accused have been allowed bail to which learned APP opposes by submitting that the witnesses have supported the allegation and further post mortem report corroborates the prosecution version.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 240 of 2015 pending in the court of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39176 of 2016 (3) dt.30-11-2016 learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Darbhanga. However, considering the period of detention, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
