The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the accused persons including petitioner, variously armed entered into the house of the petitioner and assaulted the informant and when other family members of the informant came to his rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. It is specifically alleged against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20058 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/3 the petitioner that he assaulted with farsa on the head of the informant, as a result of which, the informant sustained head injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. It is further submitted that the medical report of the informant is not in consonance with the version of the prosecution as the injury of the informant is lacerated in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
