This application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. has been filed for quashing the First Information Report vide Jay Nagar P.S. case no. 35 of 2015 dated 4.3.2015 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 406, 498A 420, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has appeared and submitted that now police has completed investigation and submitted the charge sheet. It has further been submitted that cognizance has also been taken against these petitioners. Therefore, this petition has now become infructuous.
