The petitioner is in custody in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2017, a case under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code.
From possession of the petitioner country made loaded pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2017. The petitioner has stated onward that he has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58219 of 2017 (3) dt.08-01-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Janta Bazar Police Station Case No. 149 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
