The present writ petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 969 of 2022 in its original file which has been dismissed for default for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 19.07.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madhuresh Prasad whereby one week time was granted to remove the defects pointed out by the Stamp Report.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 to 6 of the petition, the MJC No. 911 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
