Petitioner along with Md. Anish was apprehended and on search from the possession of Md. Anish a countrymade loaded pistol was recovered while from the possession of the petitioner two live cartridges, mobile set was seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 19.01.2017. Accordingly, petitioner Md. Akbar Ansari @ Md. Akbar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
