The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of killing the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute. She has committed no offence. He submitted that the petitioner is the married Sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. He submitted that the petitioner has no concern with

He further submitted that other co-accused has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 13.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40773 of 2022. She is languishing in judicial custody since 23.12.2022.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 61 of 2021.
