From the 4th supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 4, it transpires that the Accountant General, Bihar has issued P.P.O. dated 25.08.2015 and the State has also issued 'No Dues Certificate' dated 31.08.2015. It is submitted that the petitioner was intimated about the issuance of the said letter and requested to complete the formalities for the payment to start. Learned State counsel submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8355 of 2011 dt.24-09-2015 2/2 petitioner has to complete the required formalities before the Treasury Officer, Rajgir, Nalanda and payment in accordance with the order shall be made.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Treasury Officer, Rajgir, Nalanda along with a copy of this order and complete the formalities. Upon the same being done, the Treasury Officer, Rajgir, Nalanda shall ensure that payment is made to the petitioner as per the authority slip issued by the Accountant General, Bihar within two weeks thereafter.
