In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under sections 420, 419, 406, 467 and 468 of the I.P.C.
Allegedly, the petitioner used to cut the code of the informant and used to insert his own code and on protest he was abused and ousted from the Bank resulting he left the job of Senior Sales Executive in H.D.F.C. Bank.
Submission is that earlier the informant has filed Complaint Case No. 3203 © of 2010 in which cognizance was taken which was quashed by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20522 of 2012 and again the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21147 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 informant filed this false case. The petitioner was doing his official duty and the alleged occurrence is totally false and fabricated. The service of the informant was terminated as he was indulged in gross financial irregularities and then to take revenge earlier the informant filed complaint case and after quashing of the same filed this case.
The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering that earlier the informant has filed complaint case which was quashed, as stated above, and as such the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of.
