In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016 registered for offences under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that Shambhu Sahni, son-in-law of Mukhia of village Bauran caught hold the Informant, closed her mouth, took her in straw, committed rape upon her over whole night, left her in the morning at 10 AM and she made allegation against the petitioner which appears to be absurd.
