Accordingly, the present petition qua the petitioner no. 2 stands dismissed.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition qua the petitioners no. 1 and 3 with liberty to the petitioners no. 1 and 3 to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18135 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 as not pressed qua the petitioners no. 1 and 3, however with liberty to the petitioners no. 1 and 3 to surrender before the learned court of J.M., Katihar in connection with Abadpur PS case no. 131 of 2019 and seek regular bail.
