JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of wife of the deceased as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was registered against unknown but during course of investigation, one Ravi Sahni @ Ravi Kumar Sahni was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the fact that co-accused Ranjan Singh and Chandan Ram have committed murder of the deceased at the behest of one Rajiv Kumar Rai. So far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be father of aforesaid Rajiv Kumar Rai and no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Moreover, co-accused Mithilesh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30395 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 Kumar Rai and some others have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhatauni P.S.Case No. 69 of 2015.
