Petitioner is permitted to make correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Eighteen liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2019. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17997 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with C2/41/019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
