The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 375 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 392/34, 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade. The complicity of the petitioner in this case has surfaced on the confession of the co-accused, who has been granted bail. The petitioner, earlier had been made accused in other cases but according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in all such cases, he has been made accused on confession and he is on bail in those cases.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56836 of 2017 (2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 11.08.2017, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 375 of 2016.
