The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.12.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 2664 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.
It is submitted that due to unavoidable reasons, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bonds within the stipulated time.
For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 16.12.2021, passed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19258 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 in Cr.Misc. No. 2664 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
