2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Vice-Chancellor of Kameshwar Singh

Patna High Court CWJC No.5419 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga (respondent no.3) on 24.02.2022 for making payment of all the retiral dues admissible to him.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a detail representation afresh before the Registrar of Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga (respondent no.4) and the Registrar of Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and in case, he finds that the petitioner is entitled for making payment of retiral dues payable to him, the same be paid to him in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present petition is disposed of.
