The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 97 of 2015 dated 08.09.2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 143, 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have led a mob for blockading the traffic on a public road.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the fact that because of inaction of police in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015, which reported about an occurrence of murder, which

Considering the background facts as also taking into account that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 97 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
