Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 08 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the wife of one Sanjay Kumar Singh, the main accused in the present case who has been granted provisional bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29349 of 2021 by order dated 06.01.2022 with a condition that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29719 of 2021(3) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 he will deposit the entire amount in dispute in the Court below and thereafter he shall be released finally on bail. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner being a lady is merely named and she has no active role in the alleged crime. It has further been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the company is now closed.

Considering that the petitioner is a lady and there is no direct allegation against her, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 08 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ibrar//- U T
