JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends their arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 719/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner No. 1 happens to be mother-in-law whereas petitioner No. 2 happens to be sister-in-law of the informant. The informant has claimed that she got treated herself in hospital but in course of investigation, the Investigating Officer visited the concerned hospital and perused the relevant records of the said hospital and found that the informant had

Moreover, it is informed that informant had already solemnised her second marriage with another person. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 719/2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
