Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor anything is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused persons. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statements, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37128 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
