====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Industrial P.S. Case No. 77/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

In the written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing firearm injury to the informant. Injury report is annexed as Annexure- 2, which shows that informant has sustained two injuries on his person caused by firearm. One injury is found on the right axilla of informant and another injury on his chest. Both injuries are opined to be grievous in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55768 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 In view of such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected at this stage.

Petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months in the event no substantive progress is made in trial.
