In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.1408 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of NDPS Act.

The allegation has been made that the petitioner has been arrested by the police and from his possession about 100 gram of charas has been recovered.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
