The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 38, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the accused persons is that they committed theft in the house of the informant by breaking lock on 14.06.2015.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the above accusation has been levelled in the background of an earlier 107 and 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding initiated between the parties. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaurah P.S.
