Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Since this is the first allegation against the petitioner under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29157 of 2021(2) dt.08-10-2021 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Sherghati Police Station Case No.83 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
