2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing dacoity after injuring the victim.

4. The case is now under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has criminal antecedents also. He is in jail since 29.04.2023. His name has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. I have rejected the bail application of co-accused Yuvraj @ Yuvraj Kumar @ Fulchand Kumar @ Fulchand on 13.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 21021 of 2024.
