Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the informant claimed to have identified the petitioner through his photograph when the photograph of the petitioner appeared on his Android phone and a call for demand of ransom was made. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 22.04.2016 and the investigation against him appears to have already been completed.
