Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barun P.S. Case No.06 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended one person, namely, Akash Kumar and recovered a country made pistol from him. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

It is further submitted that the police apprehended one person, namely, Akash Kumar and recovered one country made pistol and the apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the vehicle does not belong to the petitioner. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.06 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
