Patna High Court CWJC No.16655 of 2014 (4) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 comes within the exception of NET relaxation since he claims himself to have two years of teaching/ research/ extension education experience in a University or a national institute of repute. Since none of these materials has been brought on record by the petitioner and the University is better placed at verifying authenticity of such claim, the University is directed to take a decision after due verification within a period of 8 weeks of the petitioner filing an application with a copy of this order. Writ stands disposed of.
