Seen the report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani wherefrom it is evident that defence in order to linger the trial is taking undue adjournment while cross-examining PW.1.

That being so, I do not see any cogent reason to entertain prayer of the petitioner. Consequent thereupon, prayer for bail is rejected.
