The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 1860 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 448, 379, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to undue delay of 21 days in institution of the First Information Report, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in Sasaram (M) P.S.
