JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in (2017) 5 SCC 383, the writ application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent authorities.

In case, the petitioner files representation before the respondent no. 7 enclosing the copy of this order and the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr.
