Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47/53 of Excise Act.
Four litres country made liquor and other apparatus which are said to be used in manufacturing the country made liquor are recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 01.06.2016. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid recovery is nothing but only highhandedness of the police and as a matter of fact, nothing had been recovered from the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30212 of 2016 (2) dt.04-08-2016 2/2 house of the petitioner or from his possession. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S.
