2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 04/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Section 309(4) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 75,050/- from a Finance Company.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2026 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that during investigation, it has come that the petitioner was a part of the conspiracy for looting the amount.

6. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of a co-accused. During investigation one looted Samsung Tablet Computer, Rs. 300/- and a splendor motorcycle used in the commission of crime have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

7. Considering the involvement of the petitioner in a day light loot, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
