The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Informant is the eyewitness of the occurrence. The assailant of the father of the informant is Samsad Khan and other named persons.

Considering the statement of the informant, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties
