Petitioner seeks bail in Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No.40 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395, 412 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. During investigation, one loaded country made pistol and five live cartridges along with looted money has been recovered from the possession of Sonu Kumar, who was apprehended on the spot. He disclosed the name of this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S.
