This is an application for modification of order dated 09.10.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 23341 of 2020 wherein applicant was granted anticipatory bail by extending the period to surrender the applicant in the court below. It is mentioned that in last paragraph of said order word "Muzaffarpur" has wrongly been typed in stead of word "Sheohar".

For the reasons stated in the application, time for furnishing bail bonds is extended for further four weeks and in the last paragraph of the said order word "Sheohar" be read in place of word "Muzaffarpur".

Consequently the earlier order granting anticipatory
