Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was put on Test Identification Parade and was identified by the witness. Moreover, petitioner carries criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for
