Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413,414 of the Indian Penal Code.
A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2017. Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of seven months of custody or framing of the charge whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1658 of 2018 (3) dt.21-02-2018 pending in connection with Town Begusarai Police Station Case No.410 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
