scale benefits according to the order of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16669 of 2014(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 Finance department notification no. 4685 Finance (2) dated 25.06.2003 and 1802 Finance (2) dated 23.03.06 w.e.f. 09.08.1999 and pay all revised dues with consequential benefits to the petitioner and interest on delay."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to seek redressal of his aforesaid grievance by approaching the Joint Director, Agriculture, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur. Liberty so sought, is granted.
