The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that for certain dispute the wife of the informant called the accused persons for begging apology but they refused to forgive her and as a result she consumed some poisonous substance and died.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35629 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 petitioners that actually the wife of the informant consumed poison after fighting in the house.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
