JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 44924 of 2017 and allegation against the petitioner is of commission of rape on a minor girl.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the medical report does not support the allegation and petitioner is in custody for the last 27 months.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of heinous nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, since the petitioner is in custody for the last 27 months, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial by conducting it on regular basis so that the trial may be concluded as soon as
