The two petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014 registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 448, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Mr. Binit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to the allegations present in the FIR enclosed at Annexure-1 has submitted that besides the fact that the allegations have been made in a generalized manner, there is no injury report to support the allegation.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of nature of allegations, let the petitioners, namely, (1) Arun

No.39839 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 Paswan and (2) Sudhir Paswan @ Sudhir Kumar in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail upon each one of them individually furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S.
