ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Minapaur P.S.Case No. 297/2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she along with other persons assaulted the informant with iron rod. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence took place on 20.08.2013 and FIR was lodged on 28.09.2013. There is no explanation of delay in lodging the FIR. Further more, no specific act has been attributed to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, named above in the event of her arrest or surrender in

No.39992 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in Minapur P.S.Case No. 297/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
