The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 323 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

120 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from Maruti Alto Car. The petitioner fled away from that Alto car and has been identified by the villagers.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to him. This anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
